As I sit down and write this, I'm reminded of the delicate balance I'm striving to maintain n my life -- a balance between building a business, supporting my family, managing my anxiety, and deepening my faith journey. It's not easy. In fact some days it feels downright overwhelming. But amidst the chaos, I've found solace in the practice of inner self-healing and drawing closer to God through prayer and reflection.

Building a business is no small feat, especially when you're battling anxiety. Every decision feels monumental, every setback feels like a personal failure. But I've come to realize that my anxiety doesn't define me or my potential for success. It's a challenge I face, but it doesn't have to hold me back. Through therapy, self care practices, and the unwavering support of loved one, I'm learning to manage y anxiety in a way that allows me to pursue your entrepreneurial dreams with confidence and clarity.
However, life has a way of throwing unexpected curveballs, and recently my family has been facing one of the toughest challenges yet -- a serious illness from multiple family members in my immediate family. It's a reminder of how fragile life is and how important it is to cherish every moment we have with our loved ones. Balancing the demands of my business with Ewing there for my family during this difficult time has tested me in ways I never imagined. But it's also deepened my appreciation for the power of love, resilience, and faith.

Which brings me to the corner stone in my journey: FAITH. In the midst of chaos and uncertainty, I've found comfort and strength in my relationship with God. Turning to the Bible for guidance and wisdom has been a source of immense comfort, reminding me that I'm never alone in my struggles. And through the practice of prayer journaling. I've discover a powerful way to connect with God on a deeper level, pouring out my heart and soul onto the pages and finding each in the process.
Each day a new opportunity to grow, to learn, and to deepen my connection with myself and with God. It's not always easy, and there are certainly moments of doubt and fear one the way. But through it all im reminded of the words of Psalm 46:10: "Be still, and know that I am God." In the stillness, in the quiet moments of reflection and prayer, I find the strength to keep moving forward, one step at a time knowing that I am guided and supported every sp of the way.
So to anyone out there who may be struggling with anxiety, building a business, or facing personal challenges, know that you are not alone. You are stronger than you realize, and there is always hope, even in the darkest of times. Keep the faith, keep moving forward, and remember to take care of yourself along the way. YOU GOT THIS!
With Love and Blessing ,
